Transportation: What is the most convenient way to get there?
It is very easy to get to Jersey City from New York City:
- PATH subway: From World Trade Center or 33rd Street in Manhattan, it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach Grove Street, Newport or Exchange Place. The one-way fare is $2.75.
- NY Waterway ferry: Departs from Battery Park or Midtown in Manhattan, the journey takes about 10 minutes, and the fare is about $9 (adult).
- By car: It takes about 15–20 minutes to travel through the Holland Tunnel, but be aware of rush hour traffic and parking issues.

1. Liberty State Park

- Time: Open every day, it is recommended to enter the park before 8 am in summer to avoid crowds

Practical tips
- Carrying a card (such as MetroCard or OMNY) cannot be used for PATH Subway, you need to buy a separate ticket or download the PATH SmartLink App
- Photo location: It is recommended to take a silhouette photo with Manhattan in the background at Exchange Place
- The city supports CitiBike bicycle rentals, and there is a station at the entrance of Liberty State Park
- Try to avoid the weekend noon peak, the Statue of Liberty Cruise and Science Center are the most likely to be congested
